About SASW

The Slovak American Society of Washington, D.C., was established in 1988 as a social, cultural, and educational institution for Slovak-Americans, more recent émigrés, and anyone with an interest in Slovakia. The Society sponsors several Slovak social and cultural events in the Washington metropolitan area throughout the year.
